A cozy inviting atmosphere with all new furnishings. 3 bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper with upgraded memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need including small appliances and Keurig. Traditional coffee pot and coffee are available along with creamer, sugar, and sweetener. Brita water pitcher is provided. Plenty of pillows, blankets,  and bath towels for the entire clan. Large TV in the living room and master bedroom, Direct TV, and internet are provided for your enjoyment.

Keep entertained with board games and outdoor activities including horseshoes and cornhole. The backyard is set up for your day or nighttime enjoyment whether that be watching the beautiful sunset over four peaks, enjoying a fire in the firepit provided, or spending the evening BBQing. Plenty of outdoor seating and room to play.
